About these terms
These Terms & Conditions (AGB) govern the use of the doktorly.online platform ("the Service"), operated worldwide by Keyhealth Hub ltd, registered in England and Wales. By registering or using the Service you accept these terms.
1. Scope of application
These terms apply to all users of the Service, in particular healthcare providers who offer video consultations and patients who join them. They apply to every use of doktorly.online, the room/join URL, and the related API.
2. The Service
The Service provides secure, end-to-end encrypted peer-to-peer video for two-party consultations, including scheduling, invitations, calendar joins and billing. We provide the technical platform only and are not a medical provider.
3. Registration & accounts
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Patient join links are single-session access tokens.
4. Medical responsibility
Healthcare providers remain fully and exclusively responsible for all medical advice, diagnosis and treatment given through the platform, and must comply with the regulations of their jurisdiction. The Service is not a replacement for emergency services — call emergency numbers (e.g. 999 in the UK) in an emergency.
5. Fees & payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider. Redeem codes may unlock a plan free of charge for the period stated. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice on renewal.
6. Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded. Single consultations that cannot start due to a fault on our side will be credited on request.
7. Privacy & data protection
Videos are not recorded by the platform. Personal data is processed as described in the privacy policy.
8. Availability & liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; internet connectivity, client hardware and NAT traversal are outside our control. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, and — where applicable — to the service fees actually paid in the last 12 months.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the Service or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced on this page and apply from the stated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.
